My suggestion would be to but vocal a bit louder, and probably add 2-3 dB round 3khz, and on other side some put a down significantly frequencies bellow approx 150hz - now it is a bit lost in music ...
@dendy thanks! i'd say you're right but i've no idea how to do that!? eq settings in both apps (?) but they stumped me. i admit the voice is low but im a bit vocal shy. the instrumental bit has melody line, wondering if i should just leave it like that but i guess the die is cast
