Nanostudio 2 folders missing in files app

When looking into the files app to overview Nanostudio 2 folders (to check my projects and samples), nothing shows up! I have already reinstalled the app. What can be wrong? On another iPad (not mine;) all works well...

    Have you tried doing a full power-off and back on of your device?

    You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the files app. You won't lose any files. But to be safe you should be sure to have a full backup of your device.
