  • Yeah, me either😂 I had major setbacks as well. I’ll try some things and when ready I’ll come back. Yeah 2025 sounds alright with me too actually 🤣 Also later on we could give dendy a nudge and some other fellow musicians here to ask for help. Btw, is there any option to send this post to general chat? As I just realised I…

  • NS2 for me is still a king. I have been quite inactive lately but I hope I’ll have soon more time to finish some songs. I think an ambush with right promo material on social media might be good start to restart ns2 awareness. Ns2 should be part of every musicians toolbox! Without constant bombarding it’s easy to fade away…
  • Hello there mate I have only done one track on it (full throttle) which had portion done in ns2. Not full track thou. It was patchwork I did on iPad/iphone/mpc and then arranged and mixed in cubase. I know it’s not that much related to ns2 explicitly but I just wanted to share it with people who might like the prodigy;)…
  • Yeah, pity it is:( I believe there are valid reasons behind it and I wish @Blip Interactive wonderful new year as much as everyone in here as well;)
  • @kitejan nice project ;) it seems as distant memory to me already but it was quite surreal those empty streets (and being paid while staying at home) Nice soundtrack and I like when it got into colour at the end with present day footage. Excellent work!
  • @"Blip Interactive" all three tracks are pretty good! Although I do agree with guys that it could do without vocals but that’s mostly how I like it so anyway. What I really liked was your complex drum programming. Great stuff
  • @peanut_gallery this was excellent as usual. Up until that lead riff come along, it was like some new stuff from depeche mode. Nice 👌😎✌️
  • @boomer nice composition, groove is strong with this one;) basically I agree on every level with dendy here. Great stuff
  • @Tales_from_within very good👌👌👌 nice atmo, goes well with that picture ;) Keep them coming!
  • @Lurmish Very good, very good indeed 👌 not really much clue what’s she sings about but nice track and great production!
  • @SLPGroundSoundMusic cool sounds, perhaps adding vocals could take it to another level.
  • @boomer , you always takes us on some exquisite audio journey👌 This time I definitely enjoyed that vocal cuts and how you used them;) it added kinda psychedelic vibe to it in contrast to those melodies. Nicely done👏👏👏
  • @bobheads I have found it on there:D It’s nice, I really like those drums. I suppose that’s that layer you did with Roland kit and it does sound more dynamic especially toms or are those programmed in sequencer? Anyway it’s nice chilled tune;)
  • @bobheads i couldn’t listen to it all as I don't have Spotify and it only let me play 20s or so :( I tried to look for it on Apple Music but it’s not there:( But in those 20 seconds I definitely liked that acoustic drums, really nice and dynamic Is this coming to Apple Music?
  • @peanut_gallery You always deliver great sounding tunes and this one is no exception. I especially liked those strings build up which starts 2:36. Very nice 👌
  • @Jabaanand nicely done 👌 if someone told me that was daft punk I would believe that😎 I also agree on that ns1 being great little studio and well ahead of time back then. Big ups
  • I’m in! @"Blip Interactive" I would pay lot just for new wavetables for obsidian, I would even make them for Matt for free, if I know the format;) but ultimately I want to see ns2 around for years to come so would chip in without hesitation to keep it alive. Absolutely excellent piece of software. Have a good day everyone 😎
  • @peanut_gallery you did it again;) another nice tune, big ups!
  • @jwmmakerofmusic this is absolutely epic;) love it, there is nothing to add or take it’s just bloody good. I’m going to listen to it some more:D thanks and big ups!
  • @peanut_gallery nice track, as usual full of positive vibe and nice melodies;) great work!;)
  • @jwmmakerofmusic here we have dark side of you:D before that voice comes it sounded like something from eraser head, it is pretty dark man, but I like it that way mostly:D big ups!
  • @boomer That was ride;) that is your magnum opus! very detailed composition with nice breaks and build ups, also that creepy voices were great ;) big ups!
  • @"Blip Interactive" thanks for update, will made life easier;) didn’t tried it yet as I’m busy and generally didn’t touch music for couple of months:/ anyway I hope you will find way as I’m ready to support you as well. I’m not fan of subscriptions but could definitely live with it knowing ns2 will stay compatible with…
  • @petenennstiel1989 nice pattern;) I don’t have headphones on me at the moment but I’ll listen to it again later on on headphones and I’ll post feedback, already I have noticed you took all channels out of main bus, so you lacking master out where you“should“ have at least limiter to limit overall mix Definitely you should…
  • @petenennstiel1989 I’m not sure what do you mean but if you are asking how to resample obsidian then you can make one bar ( or longer, as you find fit) note/sequence with automation etc of your desired sound(that may be multiple obsidians or just single), then mixdown it from project settings page and then load that sample…
  • @petenennstiel1989 I’m glad I could help;) Also don’t forget you can resample obsidian and then load that as oscillator and continue from there. When you finish something, make sure you put it here as well so we can listen your creations;)
  • @petenennstiel1989 I didn’t spend much time on it but perhaps you get something out of it;) here’s little pattern ( I didn’t go for copy of that noisia bass, I just made some DnB basses;) https://www.dropbox.com/s/19cgx7flcch2rsh/DnbBass.nsa?dl=0 Let me know if it fits or I could try something else;) Also I did went only…
  • @Stiksi hehe:D I’m not sure I could be called expert:D @petenennstiel1989 trying to match heavy weights like noisia ( my top dnb group) with obsidian might be bit difficult although not impossible if you alright with close approximation:D definitely layering multiple obsidians and abusing eq/waveshapers and filter will…
  • @Tales_from_within great track, pumping. Sounds clean;) well done 👏
